Gary Marlow
Co-founder & Lead Gas Engineer
Gary started Marlow & Finch in 2009 after fifteen years on the tools — ten of them running the heating team at a large housing association. He's the one who'll size your new boiler, and the one who answers the phone at 6am when someone's got a burst pipe. Gas Safe registered since 2004. Lives in Beaconsfield with two kids who think his van is the coolest thing on the road.

Dev Finch
Co-founder & Lead Plumber
Dev's the bathroom guy. He's fitted over 400 bathrooms and can still tell you something specific about each one. He trained as an apprentice straight out of school and never left the trade — just got better at it. If you want to know whether that freestanding bath will actually fit, ask Dev. NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing. Quiet, precise, and disturbingly tidy.

Priya Chauhan
Heating Engineer
Priya joined in 2020 after six years at a commercial HVAC firm, where she looked after boiler systems for schools and office blocks. She brings that same "no shortcuts" discipline to domestic work. She's our go-to for power flushes and system upgrades, and she's the only person in the company who can explain a diverter valve without making your eyes glaze over. Gas Safe registered. BSc in Building Services Engineering.

Tomasz Wójcik
Plumber & Drainage Specialist
Tomasz handles the jobs nobody else wants — the blocked soil pipes, the collapsed drains, the "I think there's a tree root in my sewer" calls. He's been doing it for twelve years and has stories you don't want to hear over dinner. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, certified in high-pressure water jetting and CCTV drain surveying. Always cheerful, always brings his own biscuits.

Ellie Marlow
Apprentice Plumber (Year 3)
Ellie's in her third year of a four-year apprenticeship and already runs her own smaller jobs start to finish. She's the one Gary's training to take over boiler installs — he says she's the most detail-orientated person he's ever worked with, including himself. Currently working towards her NVQ Level 3 and Gas Safe qualification. Ask her about the duck — she designed the Wrench the Duck mascot in her spare time.

Sam Okafor
Office & Customer Manager
Sam runs everything that isn't a pipe. He answers the phones, schedules the jobs, sends the quotes, chases the parts, and makes sure the right plumber turns up at the right house with the right gear. Before Marlow & Finch, he ran operations for a property management company looking after 300 rental units — so he's seen every plumbing disaster there is and handles them all with remarkable calm. If you've got a question about your booking, your invoice, or your warranty, Sam's your person.

Wrench keeps things light, but the work is serious. You'll spot him on the vans, on the hard hats, and occasionally where he shouldn't be.
