Pricing
We believe in transparent pricing. The prices below are our standard rates — what most jobs in each category cost. For anything unusual or a full installation, we'll give you a fixed, itemised quote before we lift a tool. No vague "we'll see how long it takes." You'll know the number up front.

What we cover
Pipe burst at 11pm? Boiler gone cold on a Sunday morning? Call our emergency line and we'll have a plumber at your door, usually within the hour. We carry common parts on the van so most emergencies are fixed in one visit.
Annual services, new installations, repairs, and power flushes. We work with Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, and Baxi — and we'll always tell you if a repair makes more sense than a replacement (even though the replacement pays us more). Gas Safe registered, every engineer, every job.
From "just swap the toilet" to full luxury bathroom installations. We handle the whole project — plumbing, tiling, flooring, and finishing — so you're not coordinating three different trades. One team, one quote, one point of contact.
Sink swaps, dishwasher plumbing, waste disposal units, water filter systems. If water goes in or out of it, we'll fit it.
Blocked drains, slow-running sinks, exterior drain clearance. We use rods and high-pressure jetting — no harsh chemicals that eat your pipes.

Frequently asked questions
No. Callout is included on every standard job listed in our pricing table. The only exception is a same-day emergency callout, which is £120 plus parts — and we'll tell you that before we head out.
Yes — Gas Safe registered, registration number 558812. Every engineer who touches a boiler or gas appliance is registered, and we'll show you the card if you ask. You can verify us on the Gas Safe Register.
Always. The prices on this page are guideline ranges. For your specific job, your plumber will confirm a fixed, itemised price before any work starts. If anything changes during the job, you'll hear it from us first — not on the invoice.
All work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer — we'll tell you exactly what applies to your job before we start.
For emergencies, usually within the hour — call 07700 900 233. For non-urgent work, we'll book you into the next available slot. We work Mon–Fri 7:30am–6pm and Sat 8am–1pm; Sundays are emergencies only.
